Talking instead of typing

Tap the mic and talk to your site instead of typing — everything you can do by chat, you can do by voice too, in a natural back-and-forth conversation.

• On a phone, voice mode is the default; on desktop, typing is the default — either way, one tap switches between them.
• Voice minutes are part of your plan, refreshed monthly:
  • Starter — 2 hours / month
  • Business — 6 hours / month
  • Max — 12 hours / month
• Each call also has its own length limit (10 / 15 / 30 minutes on Starter / Business / Max). If you run out of voice minutes for the month, typed chat keeps working without any limit.
